Well its not the start that I expected. I expected to be getting ready to run the Phoenix marathon in a few weeks. My left ITB has had other ideas holding my training hostage for over a month. I still don't get it. Why is it this bad? And how did it get this way. Couple the ITB with the chronic problems in my left shoulder and my overall training status is at a dead stop. My coach and I are targeting the 19th to get my swimming, biking and running kick started again. I am trying to find this off time enjoyable but its really not. Everyone around me is training and I'm a total slacker. They are getting better and I am getting weaker. Trying to stay positive. Maybe I'll work on my schedule tomorrow to give me something to shoot for.
