I just felt like running

Mark the date...Monday October 14th. 

Went for a run. 25 minutes of 4 min run, 1 min walking. Didn't think about form or foot strike or time or distance or heart rate....it was awesome.

Am I healed? Am I worried of re-injuring myself? I don't care anymore....

I just finally felt like running.
